offers Perfomance Evaluation of the personnel to our Clients. Before designing a program that benefits the Client's organization or auditing an existing program, our specialists define goals and priorities of the program, establish its focus, select the techniques, and design the tools.

The most common focal points for performance evaluation have been the measurements of:

   l    Effort (as demonstrated by certain traits or behaviors);
   l    Results or accomplishment of objectives;
   l    Knowledge. Or some combination of the three.

Once the focus of the program is established, evaluation methodologies of PowerPact HR Consulting fall into two different categories: those that utilize some kind of rating scales and non-rating appraisals.

PowerPact HR Consulting can offer a variety of evaluation methodologies choosing the best technique for the Organization of the Client. The next step of performance evaluation is an appraisal interview, its format and content being specifically designed for the Client's company.
